Nutritional therapy is an evidence-based approach that is safe and effective in getting to the root of health issues, rather than simply treating the symptoms. Functional testing allows us to look at your gut function, hormones, genetics and the impact of stress on your body.
Working with me involves a full nutritional and lifestyle assessment which involves building a detailed picture of everything that may be impacting your health. I take into account your diet, lifestyle, environment, genetics, family and medical history, your symptoms and other factors to name a few.
In my experience, clients who commit to working with me for a minimum of 3 months achieve the best results.
Change is hard, and making long-term lifestyle changes is even harder. It's not uncommon to feel overwhelmed or anxious, so having that support of a coach who is fully focused and dedicated in supporting you is the best way to take you to your next stage. My approach is non-diet based, I want you to feel nourished and satiated, not restricted and deprived.
The quickest and most effective way to achieve your goals is by working 1:2:1 with me on a bi-monthly basis. Most nutrition practitioners will see you once every 4-6 weeks but I have found that to be very ineffective. Instead, I will take you through a step-by-step process that works, keep you accountable, and your diet and lifestyle program will be tweaked at every session to make sure you stay on track. There is no 'one size fits all' so all the recommendations are tailored to you and your unique circumstances.
I only work with a handful of people at any one time so I can dedicate my time and energy fully to help them achieve the best results possible.
